In these Terms & Conditions

“We” and “us” means Lucky Duck and its parent company IsolPro.
“You” means the person signing up and later use Lucky Duck.
"App" and "website" means the Lucky Duck App and Lucky Duck Website available for different platforms.
“The contract is agreed” – by completing and submitting the electronic sign up form, you are making an account to use Lucky Duck app (and website), which will result in a binding contract. A successful registration, confirms that the contract is formed.

This app/website and all content contained within it is protected by copyright and no portion of it may be used without express written permission from IsolPro.

Signing Up

By completing and submitting the sign up form, you are making a request to create an account to use our app. Your details are verified by an OTP that is sent to your Email Address of Mobile Number or both. Post verification, you are authorized to use your new account (being bound to different conditions written here).
We keep the right to temporarily disable or permanently block your account on improper use by you.
You are strictly bound to have only one Lucky Duck account registered to you. In case we find otherwise, we may disable all your accounts.

Buying Duck Coins

You buy Duck Coins (DC) by paying real Indian money through UPI (or any other method available in the app).
In case payment is visible to be successful from your side but unsuccessful form ours, we will put on an enquire to find out the exact status but we hold the right to decline your payment unless you submit a verification of the payment issued by your bank.
In case of any further dispute, the final (deciding) decisions will be ours.

Refund After Buying

Please note that all the Purchases are strictly non-refundable and purchases once made can't be undone in any way!

Pricing and Payment

Prices throughout the app/website are quoted in Indian Rupees, and payment can only be accepted in Indian Rupees.
The price you pay is the price of the product available at time of purchase, there is no any hidden charges expect of the Taxes applied by the respective government.

Placing Bets

You place bets using DC available in your account.
Winning a bet is totally subject of luck, the winner is selected randomly from the list of digits which are selected by the different members participating in a bet.

Cashbacks

Money backs are are subjects of luck and can or cannot be given to any user and at any time.
There is no way to request or decline a cashback and cashbacks are non-transferable.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time (without any prior notice to anybody). If this happens, we will notify you by posting the new Terms & Conditions on the website.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of the India and you and we agree to use the Indian Juridical System if any dispute arise. If any part of these Terms & Conditions for using Lucky Duck is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.
Please note that we will hold the first decision in case of any dispute but if you are not satisfied, it can be taken and only be taken to Patna Hight Court, Bihar, India.
